Software solutions provide the link between the data and various users of the systems. Emerald Software has developed systems for customer service personnel to rapidly access and update real time databases to provide an appropriate level of support for the company's customers. Other software solutions have been implemented for management to access data to determine status, and to project and manage growth for the company. Various tools are available to develop such systems and the optimal solution will use the optimal tool for the intended environment.
